Three separate buildings offer almost 28,000 square feet of garage and workspace, currently used as a classic car restoration facility. The equipment is not included in the sale but a few items may be negotiable. A state-of-the-art security system including 30 cameras ensures your property and collection are constantly monitored. The property is accessed by two gated driveways. A well-maintained concrete driveway leads to the main garage and a gravel alleyway runs between the buildings to the secondary, rear driveway.  Here’s an overview of the property features.

The “Main Shop”and largest of the buildings, this 17,000 square foot garage has enough room for 80+ cars, and still room to move. Structural Insulated Panels have been added to the original structure and additions have been constructed using only the best building materials. The building features radiant heat and all rooms have durable Polyaspartic flooring and drains. Eight oversized garage doors allow cars to easily move through and around the building and six large rooms could be used for vehicle storage. Most of the walls are non-load bearing and could be removed to open the space.

The building features a car wash bay complete with commercial lighting and a 900 square foot woodshop. A large executive office, with quality finishes, provides a workspace and sitting area, plus two smaller offices adjoin the space. Equipped with two bathrooms, one offers a urinal and locker room. There are two dynamometers installed and negotiable in thesale. An in-floor chassis dynamometer resides in a spacious bay, while an engine dyno room can be enclosed with shatter proof doors.

The second building is 9,000 square feet, constructed of Nucor Steel with 1-inch-thick walls and energy-saving insulation. The main room is 58’ x 158’ with 23’ ceilings at the high point and Polyaspartic flooring throughout. Three garage doors access the building, one 14’ x 14’ and two 12’ x 12’, and features RV storage with electric hook-up and a polishing room with mezzanine storage above. The building has water access but has not been hooked-up.

Negotiable features include a 5-year-old AFC Finishing Systems® paint booth with 22 extra lights and full down-draft ventilation, PPG and BASF paint mixing booths, and industrial curtains.

The third building is 58’ x 35’ with over 2,000 square feet. Constructed with fully-lined walls and spray foam insulation, radiant tub heaters, and Polyaspartic flooring. There’s three 12’ x 12’ garage doors and one 12’ x 10’ door. This building is located near the rear driveway.
